Common questions
When am I charged a commission?
Only when a sale or rental is completed through VoloMarket. If a listing expires or is removed before a transaction, no commission is owed.
How does the Escrow service work?
VoloMarket holds the buyer's payment in a secure Escrow account until the aircraft or part is delivered and accepted. This protects both parties.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Yes — Premium is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel any time and your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
What counts toward the 2-listing limit?
Only active Aircraft and Helicopter listings count — and only after your free 3-month trial ends. Parts, engines, avionics, propellers, and simulators are always unlimited.
