Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VoloMarket platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. VoloMarket reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

VoloMarket provides an online marketplace that enables registered users to list, browse, and enquire about General Aviation assets including aircraft, helicopters, engines, avionics, propellers, parts, and flight simulators. VoloMarket acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal right to sell any item you list.

4. Listing Rules

• Listings must accurately describe the item being sold. Deliberately misleading descriptions are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Aircraft listings must include the correct registration mark, airframe total time, and current airworthiness status under EASA regulations.
• Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that any sale complies with applicable EASA, national civil aviation authority (CAA), and customs export/import regulations.
• Free accounts are limited to 5 active listings. Additional listings may require a paid plan.
• VoloMarket reserves the right to remove any listing that, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Fees and Payments

Standard listings are free of charge during the current beta period. Certain premium features (highlighted listings, priority placement) carry fees as displayed in the platform at the time of purchase.

Upon successful completion of a sale facilitated through VoloMarket’s escrow service, a transaction fee is charged as described in the fee schedule at volomarket.net/about.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content.
• Attempt to circumvent our fee structure by completing transactions off-platform after initial contact through VoloMarket.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract listings data without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The VoloMarket name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of VoloMarket. By uploading photos or descriptions, you grant VoloMarket a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VoloMarket provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the airworthiness of any aircraft, or the completion of any transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoloMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to VoloMarket in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Aviation Regulations

All aircraft transactions must comply with EASA Part-21 (design and production), Part-M (continuing airworthiness), and applicable national regulations. VoloMarket does not provide legal, airworthiness, or regulatory advice. Always consult your national civil aviation authority before completing a purchase.

10. Termination

VoloMarket may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting hello@volomarket.net.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which VoloMarket is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
